As we step into 2025, we are proud to reflect on an exceptional 2024 and set our sights on an even more ambitious future. Last year, we expanded our reach, strengthened partnerships, secured major contracts, and made a tangible difference in communities across the UK. With this strong foundation, we are ready to take our work to new heights, making renewable energy more accessible, tackling fuel poverty head-on, and driving innovation in the sector. 

Strengthening Our Regional Presence 

In 2024, we made significant strides in expanding our footprint, with the launch of our West Midlands branch and large-scale projects in the North East, North West, and the Midlands. In 2025, we aim to build on this success by increasing our regional presence further, ensuring more households benefit from our energy efficiency solutions. Our goal is to strengthen branches and enhance our local delivery capacity, making sustainable living a reality for even more people. 

Driving Innovation in Renewable Energy 

With our Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) eligibility achieved in 2024, we are poised to push the boundaries of renewable technology. A major milestone in this journey is our collaboration with Certas Energy, a partnership set to transform the UK’s renewable energy landscape. By combining our retrofit expertise with Certas Energy’s vast infrastructure, we are making sustainable energy solutions more affordable and accessible to British households. Additionally, we will continue investing in cutting-edge solutions, including heat pumps, solar energy systems, and smart home technology, to help homes and businesses transition to a greener future. 

Expanding Major Contracts 

Looking ahead to 2025, we will continue working with local authorities, housing associations, and private sector partners to scale our energy efficiency initiatives nationwide. 

Expanding Partnerships 

Strategic collaborations are at the heart of our success. Our partnerships with Greater Manchester Combined Authority and West Midlands Combined Authority, and organisations such as Torus and Great Places Housing Group have enabled us to make a real difference. In 2025, we aim to forge new alliances while strengthening existing ones, ensuring that more communities benefit from our expertise in energy efficiency and fuel poverty reduction. 

Fighting Fuel Poverty More Effectively 

Fuel poverty remains one of the biggest challenges facing households across the UK. Our work in 2024, including projects under the HUG2 scheme, has helped thousands of families stay warm and reduce their energy bills. In 2025, we are committed to expanding these efforts with even more targeted interventions. This includes initiatives under ECO4, the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS), the Warmer Homes fund, Great British Insulation Scheme (GBIS), and Decarbonisation Funds. By leveraging these schemes alongside technological advancements, we aim to support those who need it most. 

Delivering Excellence Through Accreditation 

Our recognition at the North West Energy Efficiency Awards and the Employer’s Excellence Awards in 2024 reaffirmed our commitment to quality and sustainability. As we move into 2025, we will continue striving for excellence, pursuing further accreditations and awards that showcase our industry leadership and commitment to best practices. 

Supporting Communities 

Giving back to the community is a core part of our mission. Last year we worked with Alder Hey Children’s Hospital, Zoe’s Place, food banks, community centres, and schools across the North West region, reinforcing our commitment to making a meaningful impact. In 2025, we aim to deepen our efforts through more fundraising initiatives, educational outreach, and community-driven projects that empower people and improve lives.
