About the role

This newly created administrator role will be a full-time position from Monday to Friday, working 9-5. With a salary of £22,000 and additional benefits, this is a great role for someone with administrative experience, looking to progress their career within a great environment and a friendly team.

What we are looking for

Our new administrator will ideally have previous administrative experience in a similar role, but most importantly, they will have high levels of motivation, interpersonal skills, organisational abilities and a desire to succeed.

The duties of the role will include:

– Handling and processing incoming paperwork to make sure it is completed correctly, before transferring the data to a desktop PC or iPad

– Liaising with surveyors and installers to make sure they are collecting the right information and offering them support in their roles

– Managing a series of spreadsheets and databases to check and update where necessary

– Handling incoming calls and either dealing with them directly or transferring them to the appropriate team member

– Calling customers to make appointments

– Making sure all daily targets are met and that tasks are carried out to the highest standard.

What will make you successful in this role?

– Having experience in a similar administrative role

– Being able to organise yourself and others, to prioritise your work and to multi-task

– Being comfortable working with Microsoft Office packages – Word, Excel and Outlook, as well as computers and iPads

– Be comfortable handling telephone calls (making calls and taking calls) – this is particularly important as much of the role is carried out on the phone speaking to customers and team members in a confident and supportive manner.
