Here at Next Energy, we’re always looking for new ways to make a positive impact in our local community.
As we’re not a team that will ever back down from a serious challenge, in July, we took part in Tough Mudder Manchester to raise money for the incredible Zoe’s Place, Liverpool.
What is Tough Mudder?
Tough Mudder is the ultimate display of grit, teamwork and endurance. The Next Energy team came together to tackle more than 20 obstacles over a 10km course, contending with plenty of mud and water along the way.
The pictures we snapped on the day highlight that we wasted absolutely no time getting right into the thick of it, and we’re delighted to announce that we have raised £1,100 for Zoe’s Place, Liverpool.

Proudly Supporting Zoe’s Place, Liverpool
Zoe’s Place Baby Hospice in Liverpool was opened in 1995 and continues to provide care and support to children, infants and babies with complex needs and life-limiting conditions right across Merseyside and the North West of England. Zoe’s Place is proud to provide a variety of therapies including hydrotherapy and animal therapy, as well as a state-of-the-art sensory room, outdoor play area, garden, and much more.
Looking Ahead
In addition to supporting our valued customers, we recognise and appreciate that we are in the privileged position of being able to lend our support to a variety of projects, initiatives and organisations in the communities we work within. This is why we are fully committed to ensuring that this remains a major focus for us now and in the longer term.
With plenty of ideas for future adventures and fundraising opportunities, all of us here at Next Energy are excited to continue to offer our support to local community projects in the future.
