Following our success at the National Energy Efficiency Awards in March 2022 and proving once again that we are a company to watch. We have received awards and recognition given to us across many categories at the North West Regional Energy Awards which were held on Thursday 28th April 2022.
What Did we Win?
The highlight of the North West Regional Energy Awards for us was winning the category for Regional Insulation & Fabric Installer & Contractor of the Year. These awards which recognise the significant efforts of our team for our ongoing efforts in supporting local communities and home-owners to take energy-saving measures such as installing and maintaining insulation and other energy-efficient building fabric systems.
We also took “Highly Commended” in the Energy Awards’ category of Regional Solar PV Installer and Contractor of the Year as well as “Commended” in the category of Regional Renewable Heat Installer and Contractor of the Year.
Adding to our prize pot, Next Energy Solutions had further success at the Energy Awards in the form of our Liverpool City Region Combined Authority Local Authority Delivery Phase 2 (LCRCA LAD 2) Retrofit Delivery project, delivered in conjunction with Liverpool City Region Combined Authority, winning the category of Regional Large Scale Project (>250K) of the Year. This exciting project will see us installing systems designed to improve the energy-saving performance of 7000 disadvantaged households under a £52M Green Home Grant, administered by the North West Energy Hub.

None of these successes could have been possible without the dedication and commitment of the team. We are incredibly proud, both of our office-based customer services and support team and of our fully qualified team of installers. The installers were recognised at the event for continually providing excellent customer service, delivering high-quality workmanship and demonstrating their dedication to their local community through supporting local charitable events and efforts. Indeed, 97% of the Next Energy team live in Merseyside, which is highly representative of our commitment to providing local employment for local people.

What we Do
Even though we were only established in 2016 we combine the best of business with social values, and we are determined to not only help homeowners take energy-saving measures in order to keep warm and in control of their energy bills, but also to achieve the Government’s target of Net Zero energy efficiency.
The energy North West awards recognise this commitment and this success will continue to drive the team to support home-owners in their local community to capitalise on Government Energy Efficiency Grants in order to make their homes warm, energy-efficient and to save them money.
